SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This privacy agreement determines how user data is collected, used, shared, and protected in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and Google Play Store policies. This agreement covers data security matters related to the applications and services used by the user.
COLLECTED DATA AND PURPOSE OF USE
Types of Data:
- Personal Information: Name, surname, email, phone number, etc.
- Device Information: IP address, device type, OS version, device language, etc.
- Location Data: User’s geographical location (if requested by the app).
- User Interaction Data: App usage habits, clicks, and navigation data.
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: Used to personalize the user experience.
Purpose of Data Collection:
- Personalizing the user experience.
- Conducting in-app analysis and improvements.
- Delivering targeted ads.
- Communicating with users (e.g., updates, notifications).
- Analyzing and reporting app usage data.
THIRD-PARTY SHARING
User data may be shared with certain third parties via SDKs or libraries used in the app. These SDKs comply with Google Play Store’s data security rules. User data may be transferred to third parties for ads, analytics, and performance improvements.
- Google Analytics: Used for app performance analysis.
- Ad Networks (e.g., AdMob): Used for targeted advertisements.

DATA SECURITY AND PROTECTION
The Data Controller takes necessary measures to secure users’ personal data. Data is stored for the required period and protected from unauthorized access.
- Data Encryption: User data is encrypted using secure protocols.
- Access Control: Only authorized personnel and systems can access user data.
USER RIGHTS
- Access: Users can access their personal data.
- Correction: Users can correct their data.
- Deletion: Users can request deletion (except for legal obligations).
- Data Portability: Users can transfer their data to another service.
DATA RETENTION AND PROCESSING PERIODS
User data is retained only for the required period in accordance with legal requirements and application functions. After the retention period, data will be securely deleted.
OFFICIAL COURT AND ADMINISTRATIVE NOTIFICATIONS
Any requests or complaints regarding the processing, storage, and security of user personal data will be evaluated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Google Play Store’s data security policies.
LIABILITIES
The user agrees to the data collection, sharing, and processing practices described in this agreement.
