SAN TSG became the first NDC technology partner (Aggregator) of Singapore Airlines based in Turkey.
SAN TSG, which provides online flight ticket and hotel reservation software to its customers in the travel industry, signed a New Distribution Capability (NDC Aggregator) agreement with Singapore Airlines and soon completed the integration of Singapore Airlines NDC product and became the airline's first technology partner (Aggregator) based in Turkey.

SAN TSG, thanks to the integration process completed in coordination with Singapore Airlines' NDC software teams; offers travel agents a unique user experience and a seamless NDC reservation solution for the travel industry.
With this agreement, travel agencies using SAN TSG software solutions enable them to publish their projects in a very short time without waiting for long and difficult software processes.
The solutions offered by SAN TSG under the agreement will allow travel agencies to access the airline's special NDC prices and easily provide their customers with value-added additional services, saving up to 14 - 25 USD on ticket prices per direct booking.
SAN TSG offers the advantages of NDC technology to agents, but agents will also be able to offer their customers the most comprehensive ticket options. Agencies will also be able to search for the most advantageous flight options, make reservations, book tickets, cancel, and additional services. Agencies will be able to provide additional income while providing their customers with a unique experience with the sales of additional services such as seat selection, in-flight meals, entertainment, and wifi. Agencies will have access to the airline's extended fare content and will be able to offer their customers special prices (Branding Fare), discounted prices, and these offers before other competitors, where they combine options and features such as refundable tickets and mileage earnings or pre-booked seats, baggage and meals.
